3. Shipping Rates

  • Canada: Flat rate of CA$25 per item.

  • United States: Shipping costs are calculated based on the carrier’s current rates at the time of order.

No additional handling fees apply.

 
4. Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 calendar days, including weekends and holidays.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

 
5. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Canada: 3–5 business days.

  • United States: Delivery time varies depending on carrier availability, customs clearance, and delivery address.

 
6. Order Tracking

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been fulfilled.

 
7. Lost or Damaged Packages

Stone Peak Technologies takes full responsibility for lost or damaged shipments.

  • We offer a replacement or refund for the affected product upon friendly resolution with the customer.

 
8. Customs Duties and Taxes

For U.S. shipments or other international deliveries, the consignee is responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may apply.

 
9. Shipping Restrictions

There are no product restrictions for shipping.

 
10. Returns and Shipping Costs

  • We do not cover original or return shipping costs.

  • Products are covered under our 2-year warranty for eligible claims.
